David West Nytch founded West & Company Diamonds in October of 1991 in the village of Webster, New York. Because of the exceptional support of the local community, the store has grown tremendously over the 15 years. Four years ago, West & Company Diamonds moved just up the road to a beautiful new 3,000-square-foot store located at 1229 Bay Road in Webster.
West & Company Jewelers is an independently owned jewelry store specializing in exclusive jewelry designs created by our owner and award-winning designer David West Nytch.
David's philosophy is: "I want you to have the best quality jewelry with the most beauty & "WOW" response for whatever 
budget you may have. As the owner of West & Co., I'm a craftsman first and foremost. My life's talent and work is designing and manufacturing jewelry that will become a family heirloom, to be passed down to future generations. I don't cut corners to save a few bucks...It's done right or it's not worth doing. I believe in being honest and straightforward. I'm happy to answer any questions and respect customers that truly want to be educated about jewelry and gemstones. I have worked very hard to be among the very best not only as a designer, a master goldsmith and gemologist, but to be experienced and knowledgeable resource in ALL aspects of a rapidly changing industry. I embrace technology. I am truly more interested in my customer’s satisfaction than anything else. I always focus on the details; the details make all the difference between an average piece of jewelry and a spectacular one. I greatly enjoy working with clients to create that special piece and the look on their faces when it is presented is as good as it gets. Most importantly though, I REALLY LOVE what I do. It is an obsession. I love the diamonds, the endless colors of gems, and the feel of the precious metals in my hands. I love to create beautiful jewelry; there is nothing in the world like it. For me it is not just a way to make a living it is who I am."
David is a graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology, an award-winning exclusive jewelry designer, and master goldsmith with over twenty-five years of experience.

The AGS only accepts jewelry stores with the absolute highest standards of business ethics and professionalism in the jewelry industry. Less than 5 percent of all jewelry stores in America are accepted into this distinguished society.
