1 - Payment Options For e-commerce, phone, and fax transactions, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. ALL CREDIT CARD PURCHASES ARE VERIFIED BEFORE SHIPPING. tO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY, PROTECTION, SECURITY. 2 - Terms of Shipment We will make every attempt to ship in stock items within approximately 48 hours from time of your order, providing the verification of credit card billing address, shipping addresses, and approval by Credit Card Company. Billing is applied at time of shipping. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone. 3 - Sales Tax West and Company Jewelers, Ltd. charges sales tax for all sales in New York State.
4 - Shipping Options
Our standard shipping is UPS Second Day Air or USPS Priority Mail, for $12.95. Next day air is available for an added charge. Same day delivery is also available for an added charge within Monroe County, New York State. On all orders totaling over $250.00, UPS Second day Air or USPS Priority Mail shipping will be included at No Charge. All orders are fully insured. We make every attempt to ship all in-stock items within 48 hours from time of order. If there are any delays, you will be notified. You will also be notified at time of order of estimated shipping time for custom design and special orders.
5 - Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund (less any shipping charges) or exchange the item(s) for store credit, which ever you prefer. For online orders, merchandise must be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund. For merchandise purchased in our store we allow 15 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund. For online purchases and in store purchases our exchange policy is 30 days from purchase to receive store credit. Please note that the item(s) for refund or exchange must be in their original, unworn, unused, un-sized and unaltered condition. All the original documentation, identifying certificates, boxes, or cases must also be in original condition and accompany the item(s) for return. Custom work, special orders, sale items or any item(s) noted as such are not returnable. Shipping charges or return shipping charges are also not returnable. We always stand behind what we sell. Please notify us as soon as possible if you have an item with defects or damage. Let us know what exactly is the nature of the damage or defect, on what item, and whether or not you would like a replacement or refund. 6 - Refunds and Exchange Policies We will gladly issue a full refund on any item(s) that a customer finds unsatisfactory within 21 days from the date of sale for internet orders and 15 days from the date of sale for in store purchases, providing all of the above-mentioned criteria are met. Custom work, special orders, sale items or any item(s) noted as such are non-returnable / non-exchangeable.
