Some Fine Print
Every warranty has fine print, and here’s ours:
FIRST: We have to perform a jeweler’s inspection every six months to keep this warranty in force. Regular inspection by our skilled jewelers is a key component of making sure your jewelry stays in great shape for life.
SECOND: This warranty doesn’t cover loss or theft of your fine jewelry. We strongly urge all of our customers to insure their fine jewelry to protect against these unfortunate possibilities. If you need an appraisal to make this happen, please call the store and we’ll set one up for you.
THIRD: This warranty doesn’t cover damages due to abuse or neglect. If you’ve hit your jewelry with a hammer or plunged it into acid or left it in the middle of the Thruway where tractor trailers ran over it all day long, or any situation even close to that, the warranty is null and void. Luckily, most of our customers love their jewelry so much that this is never, ever an issue. But we have to put it out there, just in case.
